The President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin has demanded the concrete results in enhancing people's lives from regional leaders.
At the session of Presidium of the State Council of the Russian Federation the President Vladimir Putin claimed that people need the concrete results of the government’s work, RIA Novosti reported.
Indicators of wages and pensions should be expressed in real money, and not in percentages and averaged data, the national leader said.
The meeting on discussion of the implementation the May Decree of the President of the Russian Federation on national goals and strategic objectives of the country for the period up to 2024, was held at the resort complex "Mriya" in Crimea.
"Actually, it is about neither the Decree nor the national projects, in which our joint work is packed to achieve known and necessary indicators for the country. It's about the results of this work in the future. We need concrete results, people need concrete results, " Vladimir Putin claimed.
The Head of State noted that it is necessary to achieve a breakthrough in the development of specific industries. "It is a breakthrough in such important areas as health, education, infrastructure and others, but it is just to change the situation in the country for the better, so that people become better," the Russian President added.
At the same time, he noted that concrete results should be achieved not in institutions, but in the territories — where people live, in cities, towns, villages.
“We do not need beautiful and smooth formulations to represent and write on a piece of paper, but it is necessary that all this be in life, so that the changes reach every person so that people feel. By the way, according to the results of the general work and at the living standard - at the level of wages, in pensions,” said Vladimir Putin.
He made it clear that the results of the work should be expressed in specific and understandable figures for people. The President also noted the lack of specifics in the plans for infrastructure development.
“To increase the number of roads, let's say, from 30-35 percent to 40-45 percent, to bring to a standard condition. Not very clear, right? It is not very clear, the pits will not be more on the road or they will remain? Or just change the regulations? And the fact that today is 30-35, tomorrow will already be considered 40-50, and the pits as they were, potholes, will remain so,” Russian leader explained.
Complex "Mriya" is located about 20 kilometers from Yalta. Before the start of the meeting of the Presidium of the State Council of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, accompanied by the head of Sberbank, Herman Gref, inspected the territory of the hotel complex, passing through the complex on an electric car. Interfax reports that he also visited the Greenwood Children's Park and the Japanese Garden. According to the materials distributed by the Kremlin press service to the meeting of the Presidium of the State Council of the Russian Federation, Sberbank in 2011 invested $ 186 million in the reconstruction of the sanatorium-resort complex.
Vladimir Putin thanked Herman Gref for providing the venue.
“I showed the venue. Good venue, very beautiful. I congratulate Sberbank. This is a good job. There will be a vineyard and everything that is necessary for the vineyard soon. It will be a fully equipped hotel,” the Head of State said.
